Always Look Forward

Looking forward requires consistency and faith.

Looking back occasionally for lessons learned and faith-building is okay — but primarily aim ahead.

It was Paul who wrote: “Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:13–14 (KJV)

The primary position is to put your feet on the floor in the morning and move out in partnership with the Holy Spirit.  Did you get that?  “Moving out in partnership!”

Moving and partnership are two keys for Always Look Forward.

Moving forward is a position of advancement and journeying. This is the opposite of two words: Stuck and Backwards.

“As the time approached for him to be taken up to heaven, Jesus resolutely set out for Jerusalem.” (Luke 9:51 NIV)

What do you need to resolutely set your face toward?
